» Mark from TracyandMatt.co.uk has released a Nokia E75 review, with a lot of shots and important notes. The E75 was one of the most expected devices of the last months, also because it’s the first Eseries device with N-Gage platform capability. Now we bring to you a full review of this wonderful device.

First impressions of the device were generally positive. As you’d expect from the Eseries it has a business look to it, and is quite slim considering what hides within it! For its size, it seems fairly heavy in comparison to other similar kit, but not to the point of annoyance or irritation.

The front of the device is gloss black, with the screen edges hardly visible in some lighting. The glossy finish extends around the front edges of the phone, finished with a classy chrome surround. The chrome effect is also found around the earpiece and the centre button, where it doubles as a direction pad.

Press here for the full review.

The site as is called Email With Ease has its main focus on now you can be socially active on the go with an amaing video that details out most of the power functions of the QWERTY beast. You can view the unboxing pictures of E75 alongwith the box contents that we did a month ago here along with the video of N-Gage on this eseries here. The flash site also has a forum where you can catch up with other E75 users and share your opinion. As I am going busy these days, trying to fix up an event, I’ll update you all on how things shape up. Have you tried E75, what do you think of it? Let us know below with your comments.

Finally the E75 is all set to go live in India and the Nokia India Website Support section too has updated adding support for the powerful Eseries QWERTY device. you guys can check out the support page here and if you want to get hands on with the manual then click here to download your copy. From my first impressions this is a really good device which gives a great out-of-the box experience. The camera is not up to my expectations but otherwise the device is fully packed. Simply love the design, the USB charging along with the regular charging and N-Gage support. For those looking for a leather cover would be bit disappointed as there is no cover included in the box.

To see the exclusive pictures and unboxing of the device click here. To see how N-Gage fares on it click here. The price is expected to be around 25k. To Prebook your E75 click here.

Plus along with a regular charger we also have the USB charging (only works when you have Nokia PC Suite installed) which works well on Windows 7 too. I was just checking out a few N-Gage games and was pretty impressed with the state of things. While in the mono block form its the same as N82 but on opening the side-slide QWERTY it went a bit complicated, although you can use the top numeric keys to make a few moves but it would have been great if we had the D-pad along with some dedicated A and B keys. I still have to figure out all the keys in the slide form but all in all a big thumbs up. You can find N-Gage in Menu>>Applications>>Media>>N-Gage. (Open link in browser if video doesn’t show up in your RSS)

Hello friends, this time round I got to spend sometime with the latest Eseries offering from Nokia, the E75 which was announced at the Mobile World Congress last month. Following is the unboxing video and a few pictures of the device and a look around the contents of the box. This Eseries device too lives up to its predecessors in terms of build quality and compact design. A new fresh side slide full QWERTY takes things to a different level. Much easy for most users to get used to it as the keys are bigger than E71 and thus one does not feel awkward the first time he uses the device. More coverage to follow as I send this device off for Sehaj, where he would line it against some of the present hot favorites (viz. Nokia 5800, E71, E66, iPhone etc.) So keep checking back for more detailed coverage of this device. (Open link in browser if the video does not show up in your RSS)

Nokia E71 is backed by world admiration and was a clear winner amongst messengers in 2008 but now as we head to see the Nokia E75 come to life, its time to track a head to head battle between the two. I tabulated the main points together to see how the new Eseries top player E75 stands out against the E71. For my up close post on E90 vs E75 click here. Good news is that Prebooking is open for most of the countries including India but as we saw a fuss with the Nokia 5800 prebookers, I don’t feel this would make much a buzz. Do provide us with your feedback on this. If you want to pre-order E75 Click Here.

Yes this time the new E75 which appeared in the very glorified leaked video this week, is the side QWERTY slider for the first time in the Nokia Line up of Smartphones (If I’m wrong then please correct me). Well we have seen the likes of uni-Sliders, Dual-Sliders and now its time for the Side QWERTY uni-Slider from the Finnish Giant. (This is not anything new as we already had side QWERTY Sliders in the market already viz. O2) Although it was not clear from the video what the message it wanted to point for the corporate world (May be the New Point and Shoot Feature) but we here at S60Blog compared it with the likes of the robust Nokia E90.

Nokia E75 (The Physical)

1. The Screen Size does appear to be bigger than E72 but compared to the amazing brilliant screen of E90 it stands no match. Don’t know what People at Nokia were thinking but if this helps to reduce the thickness of the device then its a thumbs up. In simple words the compromise of the screen size is justified only if the device is sleek, which i feel will be the case.

2. The outer keypad looks pretty solid and the device too looks quite satisfactorily spectacular when compared to the outer face of E90 as it looks more filled and space utilization has been done well and thus empty spaces don’t appear as they are in E90. It reminds you more or less of the E51.

3. The Side QWERTY slider is also a thing with a twist. the QWERTY is a discontinuous flow with a hint of design separating T from Y, G from H and B from N, which is visualized by the bright white line in the center. Thus with this difference the QWERTY is more or less the same.

4. Improvement in the field of Camera Optics is also anticipated with the likes of the 5 Mega Pixel and Carl Ziess, but its too early to say but none the less if we are looking towards the future then I’m pretty sure on this.

5. The E75 too will feature in Red and Black Colors.

6. On a final note the E75 will rather be a compact version of E90 with better Camera optics and probably Feature Pack 2 trasitions as well. The side QWERTY will sure trake a little while to get a hang at first. On my personal take I still like the E90 which has a bigger screen and the elaborate QWERTY which i feel are missing in the new E75. (If in case E75 too has the same appx. dimensions).
