Poker Nine Six Contest – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Poker Nine Six Contest” which will be held from 6th July 2009 to 27th July 2009.
By participating in this contest, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions that are applicable to your use of this site for the purposes of this event and the electronic exchange of data and possible electronic transactions between you and the organizers of this Promotion.
Information on how to enter and on prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
To participate in this Contest, you need to fill in the registration form which is available on the Website www.s60blog.com, and answer the contest questions.
You are deemed to be aware of the risks of failure associated with submission of personal information over the Internet and you accept and bear such risks. We presumes that the email address provided is correct, and rightfully belongs to the Contestant, and will not be responsible for any errors in this respect.
Entries for the Contest will close at 11:59 pm on 27th July 2009. Eligible entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm on 27th July 2009. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, ineligible or misdirected entries.
All the Entries will be judged by The S60 Blog herein after referred to as judge. All qualifying entries will then undergo a random selection method to pick one winner.
The winner will be given one N96.
All Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or for value. We reserves the right to substitute a suitable prize of similar value in the event any Prize originally specified is not available for whatever reason.
The winners will be notified by email to the registered id. The winners will be determined by the Judge in his sole discretion and such decision shall be final. No further correspondence shall be entertained.
All prizes shall be delivered to the winners. Such delivery may be by courier service. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in the delivery of the prizes to the winners.
If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
By submitting your information in the online registration form over the internet, you hereby agree and consent to S60 Blog retaining and using all the /data/information submitted by you in the application form for pre-moderation, sales, marketing and promotional purposes and efforts, and to the furnishing of such data/information to S60 Blog-related entities and their agents for such purposes. You are required to provide all requested information accurately. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate in the promotion. We may also use your information to contact you in the future for marketing and promotional purposes.
S60 Blog shall not be liable for any and all other costs, charges, expenses, etc incurred in relation to the above all of which are to be borne by you personally including, without limitation, the registration fees, airtime, ISP connection costs, etc.
S60 Blog reserves the right to amend, withdraw or revise these rules and the Prize at any time without notice and in such event we shall not have any liability whatsoever. Persons who do not comply with these rules may be disqualified at our absolute discretion.
S60 Blog shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
