November is the N-Gage Month here on The S60 Blog and we will be reviewing a whole lot of N-Gage based games for you. Dirk Dagger and the Fallen Idol and Bounce Part 1 and Part 2 Reviews have been done and today we take a look at Asphalt 3 Street Rules. This is a game that is good for playing both on Candybar and Dual Slider devices. This is game took me off the hook as I really didn’t expect a Mobile to offer such advanced graphics. I have been a great fan of Car games especially the Need For Speed series and Twisted Metal right from my childhood days and have played every version of their game from PC to Playstation to Gamecube. So keeping this is mind I really didn’t expect this game to do any wonders for me but yet it clicked and has taken me completely out of surprise. I have still to punch in my codes as I have been planning an upgrade and as of yet the N-Gage does not support device switch.
Okay fellas, Asphalt 3 Street Rules review will come up in few days but as for now I am more enticed with one of the other games that has made me totally addicted. Its none other than Dirk Dagger and the Fallen Idol. I really wanted to grab my hands on the full version but some how it just didn’t click as I will soon be changing my device and at present there is no way to take you game with you to the new device so a word of caution for everyone out there who want to upgrade. Apparently I read a few days back that it is possible to transfer it to only one other device but I will post it only after I do it myself , so don’t count on it until I actually do it. Why couldn’t Nokia just simply add the title to the N-Gage Arena ID + a Registered Phone IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity - well most of us are unaware of what the four letters stand for so just a little mobile gyan for those geeks ). When you change a Phone Just punch in your new IMEI. I know things can be complicated but I’m sure Nokia will come up with something. But if this is a marketing stunt then it might just cost them some serious gaming freaks . Wake up Call For Nokia N-Gage!
So continuing from where we left in New Delhi. The previous post is here. Nokia N-Gage is changing the face of Mobile Gaming and that too at a real great pace. We have a lot of games lined up for the coming year 2009 so you better pick a device that supports N-Gage, which at present is limited but we should have more the coming year. I have had a word with Charlie about the 5800 XpressMusic trial Unit and things look pretty tight but would love to see how N-Gage fares on the first S60 Touch Device. As for now my personal best is with Nokia N85, it sure is the best N-Gage device till now on my list and you can catch the unboxing video here. I’m sorry for keeping you guys waiting as there was a server breakdown recently and I lost all my future dated posts that were in lined for you. It was a hard time recovering things but Luckily I had a copy of this one with me on my hard drive.

Well everyone, there are 3 new things in the house and they have kept me really busy. You guessed it right. We have the Nokia N96, N85 and N79 with us and they are here all for you. So in this first post, I will put up a simple poll asking you to vote for the device vote you want to see unboxed and reviewed first . The poll will be up for a week and after the week (Next Friday) the devices will be unboxed in the order of the decreasing vote count.
If you have any question regarding the three about deals, price, offers, etc. just drop in a comment and we will give you feedback right away. So far I have been mentioning about the three in my previous posts but now finally I want you to vote and participate and tell me which one should I unbox first. I know this is a bit cheeky but I think this will be fun
