Amidst the Nokia N8 Launch and HP taking over Palm lies the tale of high drama of Gizmodo and the iPhone  4/HD Saga which seems to be headed to the courtroom. One question yet remains to be answered is the police raiding editor Jason Chen’s home last Friday and confiscating his computers justified? or Is Chen (a blogger) protected by Laws of Journalism?

Fact: Chen Got a Lawyer, and Gizmodo May Sue. Unconfirmed: Apple Did Some Detective Work. Fact: Apple Asked the Cops to Get Involved. Fact: Police Know Who Found the iPhone Prototype. Unconfirmed: Police May Investigate Other Blogs
