Nokia has today pushed out its firmware updates for the N97 and its mini counterpart the N97mini. The updates were much awaited but the thing that boggles me is that why has there been no FOTA. With such an easy way to get things done on the go, why is Nokia still hesitant to push updates over the air. Well, lets hope we get more on that but I feel that this might be the end of the update frenzy for our good old N97 and its mini version as I expect to see something totally new and unique at the Nokia Event thats going to be held on Once walking distance for Fira at Barcelona (remember the symbian countdown.) The gallery section has been updated to reflect the months as you scroll and so has the imaging been improved. The device feels snappier in its ui response time. let us know what changes you observe.
