Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Firmware Updated To v31.0.008
Recently Nokia pulled out a firmware update to the 5800 XpressMusic device, making it to the V31. Although no official changelog is available but from what most people and I have noticed is that the Ovi maps have been added and now there is more free RAM available on the device. This software release comes with a new version of Ovi Maps, which offers improved maps and enhanced pedestrian and drive navigation. Additionally, the software release includes several performance improvements. This software release is available through the Nokia Software Updater at www.nokia.com/softwareupdates. There is still no word of Kinetic Scrolling. I guess, 5800 owners would have to wait a bit more for that.

Hi can anyone help? Whenever i try to update my nokia 5800 its gives me a connection but my internet works fine also i don’t have data plan on the phone could that be the reason? I am only abe to update through pc help!!!
