Every time I try, it gets to a point where its updating, then my phone turns off. battery is fully charged and the computer is fine. where do i go now. i need the update to rectify a problem with the phone so my provider says. I tried it on my new N96 and it was like a smooth operator .. I love how easy it was to update compared to the computer hookup method.. with this method, there were no problems, no glitches and none of my data or applications was lost..
