10 Best Free S60 Applications For Your Symbian Device
Okay friends, here are the Top 10 Best free applications that you can use with your S60 based Symbian device. The list below consists of my personal favorites and if you feel that i missed your favorite then just pop a comment below. Okay so here goes!
10. Y-Browser
Y-Browser is a free filemanager application designed for S60 3rd edition Symbian smartphones. All testing is done with Nokia S60 devices only, but it should work as well with other manufacturers S60 smartphones. Currently Y-Browser only supports 3rd edition S60 mobile phones. No plans to support for earlier edition S60 or UIQ mobile phones are planned.
9. FlipSilent
This application allows you to just flip your phone and change the profile, it can also mute the incoming call or even hang up the call, it can put the alarm on snooze. It is a very useful and a must have application.

JoikuSpot turns your S60 Smartphone to a Wi-Fi HotSpot, enabling you to share your Smartphones 3G internet connection over WLAN to any device. With JoikuSpot you carry the Wi-Fi internet access in your pocket where-ever you are.
7. Fring
First were Fring scores is it allows VoIP services i.e. if you are sitting in wifi hotspot you can make calls using Fring. Fring not only makes a list of all the people online it also includes your entire Phonebook so that you can make VoIP calls .Fring has a tab system whereby you can toggle between the chatting and the list of people online and even see the log of your phone. So basically Fring in my mind is a better VoIP application.

The best part abot beta labs is that if happen to find a bug in the application all you have to do is to tell our friend Tommi about it and he gets it fixed.
