I used My Nokia E90 a lot for web surfing n chatting...sometimes for hours without any Break...after two weeks My Phone started hanged while I was operating it and after 2-3 minutes the Screen gone Blank n Phone rebooted itself.It happened each time when phone got hanged. I checked the net abt this Problem...well I found that it's Flex Cable n a Magnetic Switch related Problem.I came to know that if that Magnetic Switch gets Stuck this Problem arises. Well Since my Phone was Under warranty. I consulted the owner of the Nokia Shop abt the Replacement of the Phone.. He said that He will have to send the set to the Noida/Gurgaon and their the Nokia Expert will check the Phone and if its not repairable then they will Replace the phone but it will take a time of one month. I sent the phone with a heavy heart...and after a months of waiting they Replace the Phone n gave Me a New phone . Well I m typing this comment on the New Phone. After My Last bad Experiance I m still afraid ...n not Care -Free while using this new Phone. Message For Nokia India- if there are some manufacturing Faults in these E90 Black Phones which r manufactured in China and imported in India. U must check that out and Stop importing these Phones from China. better U import the New E90 from Finland. It took them a further 4 weeks to send me a new phone. Their customer service is just w**k, and everytime i phoned up to check on the status of my phone i was always told something completely different, as if they have to make up a lie on th spot. i will never ever buy a nokia agen simply because of the lack of inteligence they seem to have. sorry for going on but im so frustrated with their lack of compitance.
