If you add all the features to a one phone, the other models will not sell and that's the last thing Nokia want to see. Also Nokia wants to distinguish cooperate users from music loving teenagers, etc. If all the music lovers buy the E-Series because it offers all the features in N-series Cooperate and business users don't want to carry the same phone what their teenagers have.
